One of my favourite places. My dogs are just as welcome as me, if not more so.

Broke down and was dropped off nearby. Everyone was so lovely as I waited 5 hours to get going again. The great staff and locals were amazing and so friendly.

Food was really good just a shame the pub was lacking atmosphere due to only a few people in for a Wednesday. Perhaps it's busy of a weekend .

The Sharnford arms is a pub I passed for years on my weekly journey down the fosse way and I always thought "one day I'm going to try that place" so skip 10 years later and as a last minute idea to take my partner and kids for a mothers day treat, we finally get to try this beautiful pub. On entering you are greeted with a warm smiley welcome, a great choice of beers and a fresh tasting pint. The food menu is Chinese and a very good selection to choose from Food was very nice and service of high standards Can't wait to go again We all really enjoyed it Thank you

Very friendly and accommodating pub. Had 2 families - 4 children and 2 dogs and could not have felt more welcome by the landlord or locals. Will definitely be back for another walk and a pint (or 3 😁👍🏻)

What a splendid pub. Super friendly staff and customers. Great beer and the blackcurrant juice I had actually tasted of the fruit! My dog was fussed and loved and given treats and a bandana. Dog friendly is so apt at this pub. The Chinese restaurant here had an extensive menu but we had the set menu for 4 and it was lovely with a good selection of food. My dog was under the table how great is that. Can recommend this pub. Do yourself a favour and pop in if you are near.

Nice place, very traditional pub with the twist that it's all chinese food 😀 never a bad thing. The food was good and the service was brilliant my only criticism is that it was quite cold in there ( expected in a traditional building) with did make our food go a little cold but still thoroughly enjoyed it

Great family friendly pub. Allowed the dog to come in and had a warm welcome and was treated like family. Food is sensational. It is the most fascinating pub you will ever find with each wall telling a different story and beautiful paintings. A MUST visit pub

I have never had a bad meal here. We always have a birthday meal for each of the family members and nine times out of ten we end up at this restaurant. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. The owners are always on the floor and interacting with thier guests. The pub has all the old style manners a pub should have. The only thing I have to criticise on is that it can get a little pricey for a big group of people.

Traditional English boozer with a twist, Chinese restaurant which serves great food. This is an amazingly good dog friendly pub, canines are made as welcome as the people they bring in
