Not a bad place for family events. The food was a bit sparse but good.
The beer was a reasonable price, but the Hobgoblin was sour and didn't taste right, the IPA was nice though.
There was some damage to the outside decking, which a child fell down and was slightly hurt, but not seriously.
Overall the Green rooms are in need of a spruce up but clean and well presented. The bar staff were very polite and helpful.
A reasonable venue overall.

We used Green Rooms for my fathers wake following the funeral. Simon was brilliant to work with from start to finish and made organising the event very easy. The room was well set up and clean, the staff were friendly and the food provided was very good and reasonably priced. Arranging a funeral and wake is obviously a very difficult time and I can't speak highly enough of Simon and the team for how easy and friendly they were to deal with both leading up to the day and on the day. I'd use again and recommend.

On their website, The Green Rooms is described as a unique venue for your unique event….. Well, it really is!
Before he died, our dad set us a bit of a challenge to find a venue to hold his funeral service & wake in one place with enough room for everyone who wanted to come. We gave Simon a call and he was up for the challenge!
As a funeral service was something he’d not done before, Simon liaised with the funeral directors to make sure it was all legal to have the full service with the coffin present. We discussed how the service would run, how the coffin would be brought in, where it would go, seating for the service, tables for after the service, projector & music for slideshows, tv screen for an ongoing slideshow during the wake, food, drink etc. Simon couldn’t have been more helpful.
When it came to the day of the service we were confident that it would all go well and it did. We opted for the buffet and there were many comments on how nice the food was. We had a really lovely day celebrating our dad’s life. We would definitely use The Green Rooms & Simon again without hesitation.

Great venue for our club presentation evening. Plenty of room for people to sit around beautifully decorated tables during our presentation on one side of the room, and then have a dance, drink, and celebrate on the other side. Bar prices were reasonable, toilets were immaculate, and the staff were very welcoming. They also had a projector with a HDMI connection, so we were able to plug in our laptop and play a photo slideshow and a couple of videos during our presentation! Was a great evening, would 100% recommend!
Simon and his team were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble and they were very accommodating. The food was lovely, all freshly, home cooked brilliant! Our guests were delighted with the venue, the team and our lunch, afternoon party. Highly recommend.

I hired the room for my partners 40th birthday. Simon was really helpful and accommodating, the room looked amazing. The staff were very friendly and efficient. We can not fault it and would highly recommend them. We all had an amazing night and would certainly come back again. 😊
Fantastic! We had our wedding breakfast and reception at the green rooms.
The food was brilliant and all of our guests pass on their compliments to the chef and owner Simon.
The room is spacious and air conditioned, and it was ensured that all of the guests and ourselves were comfortable throughout the day.
Anyone considering having a function at the green rooms, I would highly recommend it.

We hired the room for our son & daughter in law’s wedding. Simon was very helpful and accommodating. The food and hog roast was lovely, staff were friendly and room and facilities very clean. We can not fault it and would highly recommend them.
