I've read some bad reviews on this place but honestly can't for the life of me figure out why. First time in here after driving past most days for nearly 2 years, and I'm glad I stopped in. It's not far from the bus stop so getting here and home is easy. It's an old school pub, but it is nicely deco

Bird is great, a friend of mine goes religiously but i don't go out most weekends but when i do its got to be the Bird, theres always atmosphere but not too packed, really cheap pints and the locals are really accomodating, its my number one choice on a night out now.
A proper pub with car parking and outdoor seating. Drinks are cheap but it can attract some characters if you know what I mean. Sometimes they have karaoke and thur quiz night.
