Great local, Andy a brilliant landlord! Friendly service and very reasonable prices. All the people who go in here are great people who show their support at all times. How well they looked after my nephew Clayton and supported the family after his sad passing I will never forget. Love the place 👍
Called in after watching wigan warriors had a great night. Was made to feel very welcome
I went to the pub after a funeral. The land lord and lady were very welcoming and friendly, the pub was small but clean, the food was home made potato pie with either pickled red cabbage or beetroot there was also a good mix of sandwiches. You could have either soft drinks or alcohol.

It was nice to be very welcomed in a place like the Ellesmere pub very friendly staff always there for you when you want something and I will continue to go in and hopefully bring my friends thank you for being there
