Love your hotel. We have been coming here for some years. Maybe 6 or 7. It's such a lovely place to stay. Everything you do is great. For example in the room; fluffy towels, comfortable bed, lovely homemade biscuits, a range of delicious teas. Home from home.

We had afternoon tea for a party of 15, in the Garden Room. It was delightful, the room is very comfortable and the sandwiches, scones, cakes and tea/coffee was amazing. Excellent service, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Hintlesham Hall👏
Treated to afternoon tea and an overnight stay in a luxury room for a special birthday. Simply can't fault the place. Lovely but very accessible setting; attentive but not intrusive staff and an exceptional afternoon tea (and I've had a few). All followed up by a delicious breakfast.
On this occasion I stayed as a single person but couldn't have been made to feel more welcome. I had an excellent room (Manon), very comfortable, ground floor but there are three steps up from the Living Room to Bathroom which some people may find a little tricky. However, Reception do seem to take

Spent a night here for my husbands birthday. Upon arrival we met the lovely Katy at reception. She was outstanding from start to finish even when dealing with a grumpy customer in front of us. Nothing was too much trouble and she even left a box of chocolates with a hand written note in our room.
