This place was amazing!!! We booked a table and were running quite late but they made sure to accommodate us even though they were booked up and busy. The staff were lovely and warm. I've lived in Mexico. Corn and coriander run through my veins. This is the closest food I've ever tasted to the tacos and burritos of that beautiful country. Sublime every time, whether we eat in or take away. Keep up the amazing work Cantina!
Had churros and fries, absolutely amazing! Our waiter was Emilie and had amazing service and was very polite and friendly. Food was amazing as I said and the music was a great vibe. Would definitely come back and recommend it if your in hitchin.

10/10. I think this is the best Mexican I have ever had in the UK! Slight tex influence, but still very authenticly mexican from the tortillas to the hot sauces! Would 100% recommend and everything is very reasonably priced also.

Food is good and great vegan options. It does get booked up quickly so you have to plan your visit which is a pain sometimes if you want to go spur of the moment.
During the colder months it’s always freezing inside so makes it very uncomfortable to eat as you have to leave your coat on.
