What can you say about this place, enchanting from the moment you walk in. The staff are attentive and polite, cleanliness all around, tidy . The food, well I have 2 chippies on my doorstep, but I always drive to come here , never in any doubt great food 👍🏾

First time getting fish & chips from here but can say will deffinately be returning. One of our party being gluten free meant having fish & chips was always a no no but not anymore! Can reccomend to any ceoliacs as they offer a good range & were very helpful with any queries we had. Thank you!

Nice chips I said 8 months ago but the last 2 times I've ordered the chips are cold and bitter. Definitely not as fresh as they used to be. Shame their food used to be lovely. My own fault after last time I should have ordered from somewhere else.

Ordered food tonight which took a while to arrive, called the store and they explained they had a mass order arrive so was delayed. My food turned up, hot and perfectly delicious as always and the young fella that dropped was so polite and apologetic for the delay. If I had cash on me would've give
The fish was a decent size , the batter not too thin or thick , tasty and fresh. The chips was also very tasty. Don't know if I went on a good day but I'm definitely willing to try another.
A great fish and chip shop. I was a huge fan of Captain cod in town, but when I heard the family where opening one closer to me i wondered if it would be the same. Yes it is! Great quality fish cooked fresh along with traditional chips. There is a large menu but i just have cod or plaice as it so go
Would very much recommend this takeaway. Phoned first to check if they would deliver (being a hgv driver parked in the area) and lad on the phone was very polite. Ordered food and turned up piping hot and delicious, and lad delivering was very polite. Thank you very much now feel very full 😊
Decent food at reasonable prices. They freshly batter their fish & make great chips. The onion rings are almost superb.
You can even get a deep fried mars bar here, although I haven't tried it (yet?).
Most admirable are their ecological food containers & wooden forks and knives. Great work
