Burger King

One of the worse burger kings I have ever been to in my entire life. I have been here on 3 different occasions and they have all been horrible. I should have never returned after my first bad experience here. In the morning the barely have breakfast. No croissants to make sandwiches and one time they had no croissants or sausages. They always do not have a certain item and the wait is always longer than 10 mins when you do order something. Today was my worst experience I ordered a single bacon king waited over 10 mins asked for ranch the charged me for that too as if I did not just pay for food and wait as if this wasn't a fast food industry I want my food fast. And for them to take as long as they did today my burger was practically raw. Weird disgusting texture and very undercooked. I will not be returning to Burger King for a while and never to this location. Beware and just stay clear of this Burger King. I also would have went back for a refund but I was already late to return from my lunch break and had to explain to my boss I was in Burger King drive thru line for over 10 mins with only 2 car in front of me.

Amazing trustworthy staff and Management, as they went the extra mile to help me with a difficult situation I encountered while visiting their eatery. Excellent service and super clean establishment! I will be sure to be visiting when I pass through Holbrook again. THANK YOU Monday afternoon staff for your help today!!

Yesterday I bought the 2 for $5 dollars big fish and the first sandwich, the bun was stale and the second one had a piece of paper in it which looks like a picture of a clock and I tried to go on the mybkexperience.com website to leave this information there but at the very top of the receipt that has the Burger King location # seems to be faded off the paper so I was unable to put the information through on there. I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt after dealing with a few unprofessional employees in the past but I’m all set with this place. This place is disgusting.

I tried ordering and a cockroach was the cashier taking orders. She pulled out her phone and started recording me and then crawled back into a hole and didn’t give me my food. When I asked to speak to the manager a Giant rat came out and said to leave in creole. No one there spoke English and they were all smoking cigarettes in the back

Stopped at the drive thru about 5pm on 12/10/17. We got a Big Fish and a chicken sandwich. Came home, took a two bites and decided to see what was given to us. ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING!, THE FISH WAS MICROWAVED AT LEAST TWO OR THREE TIMES, THE CHICKEN WAS JUST GROSS! I called and asked for the manager, the women who answered the phone said "why"?, "because I have a complaint", she was not helpful. The food should have never left the restaurant the like that! I will never go back there. GROSS GROSS GROSS, NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR BUT HAD TO GIVE IT TO GET THE WORD OUT THERE.
