The Folly Tearoom - Holt - Photo album

This gorgeous little tea room is hidden away at the end of a beautiful, floral alley way. The tea room itself is small and chintz, but the heavily planted courtyard garden is stunning and provides ample seating. The staff are lovely and accommodating. We were seated very quickly and our drinks were
Folly Tearoom is an amazing tea room run by bunch of lovely people. We stopped by here for a light lunch and it was the best. We tasted some scones, sausage pasties and a cake with some coffee, hot chocolate and latte and everything was very tasty. The service & the ambience were amazing too. Very d
Such a cosy place! The staff was extremely friendly. One of the best scones I've ever had! Vegan options available and really good as well :)
A special treat to end our holiday! My father particularly enjoyed the piping hot quiche and sausage roll alternative to our “ladies” afternoon tea. Service was excellent and the location fabulous. Thank you very much x
Amazing little courtyard to have afternoon or cream teas. Lots of different teas to try with delicious scones and sandwiches. The soups come with a savoury cheese scone. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Prices were reasonable too. Very happy and would definitely recommend to anyone passing th
Beautiful tea room and garden. Staff friendly and helpful. Good choice of sandwiches and pleased to see they do the tea from the Tea Caddy shop! We had the delicious Silver Rose Tea.
Visited Folly Tearoom with my girl friends for a treat. Myself and two others had afternoon tea, we loved the scones! Was a little disappointed with the cucumber and butter sandwich for one of the sandwiches. The chicken and chutney one was delicious though! The sweet tier had a variety of cakes alo

Its a lovely place , we discovered while taking the owl trail in Holt . We ordered afternoon tea and the food was lovely. The only point is they could improve the service. The staff were lovely but we had to remind for cutlery etc
Outstanding tea selection. I tried the 'golden monkey king' tea which was great with a slice of Victoria sponge. It's nice to sit outside where there are blankets if you feel cold. Very friendly attentive staff, certainly worth a visit.
Very quaint little cafe tucked away in a court yard but with a very big reputation as the queue to get in was huge, luckily we had booked in advance! Out door and indoor eating area. Food was Amazing!!
Initially had looked for another Tea Rooms in Holt and found Folly Tearoom by chance, didn't dissapoint, it's a really nice place, very pleasant staff and the food is absolute delicious, had cheese scones with bacon & red onion/marmalade with a side salad. My wife had toasted brie grape & cranberry
A really nice afternoon tea with my daughter and granddaughter. The sandwiches, scones and cakes were lovely, fresh and tasty. The staff friendly and although the tearoom was very busy the service was prompt. Highly recommended.
Just been for afternoon tea, not my first visit but just wanted to share a good experience. My mum booked as a birthday treat, my mum is hard of hearing so messaged them, they couldn't have been more helpful, and when we turned up they all said happy birthday and even put a lovely birthday card on o
Great tearoom with lovely courtyard that serves amazing cakes, cream teas, afternoon teas etc. This is a true hidden gem. We sat in the courtyard even though it was February - but the blankets (true Scandi style) kept us warm. We had some amazing cream tea. The scones were particularly good. We also
How very lovely. An oasis of calm in a chaotic world. Wonderful selection of beverages and home made cakes all beautifully presented on vintage crockery.
Great experience, lovely atmosphere, friendly people and the salmon and cream cheese sandwich with crisps and salad with coffee continued the experience. Will go again .
I really enjoyed this place! Lovely garden and service with a smile! All served on bone china cutlery.
Stayed literally 2 shops down...so had to pay Folly's a visit. Simply lovely. Well worth a visit
