Kelling Reading Rooms - Holt - Photo album

Just excellent. From reception to departure we could not have asked for more from a tearoom. Charming ambiance, friendly and attentive staff, and excellent food. So much so we stopped here for brunch, spent a while and then went about our day. At day’s end we returned and enjoyed lovely tea and cake
The Old Reading Room Tea Rooms are a lovely spot. The service is fast and efficient, but the atmosphere remains relaxed and calm. The staff are welcoming and friendly. The coffee was good and the gluten-free carrot cake was very nice too. They also have a very wide selection of second-hand books for
A nice visit with friendly staff. Try a slice of one of their home made, it's delicious.
Lovely hidden treasure. Great antiques to look at, awesome local artwork. Stopped with our family for a quick lunch, we all had a main and a drink and it was £30. Very reasonable. Staff were very accommodating regarding allergies, we didn't feel 'awkward', like we have elsewhere. We will certainly r
Had a cream fruit scone and a pot of tea. Enjoyed sitting out side your tea room. Was a lovely experience everyone warm and welcoming.
Fantastic little tea room sit-in, or if you have your 4 legged friends, there's plenty of rooms outside weather permitting, of course. Portion sizes are very generous. we had the ham ploughman's and ham toastie, and they were more than enough, but the kids still had room for chocolate cake 😂
Loved our visit. The food was great. We swapped pickles and crisps between us and their was enough to do this. We loved the experience of the antique area and the books all in one place. We will definitely be back.
Fabulous sausage roll, ginger cake, and a very large tea for 2, with additional hot water to top up. Could not fault. Excellent price. Sun shining so sat outside. Toilets exceptionally clean. Staff fabulously friendly. Coffee top ups for those in our party that had coffee. A quick look at the books
Really excellent tea room just off the main road with parking, outside seating and pleasant 'bookish' interior. Really great choice of cakes. I had the delicious Victoria sponge and a pot of Earl Grey (about 4 cups with the traditional jug of hot water). Friendly and good value. I recommend it for a
