First time we stayed here really lovely room. Would have been better if you didn't have a 5 minute walk to the Feathers for your dinner and breakfast. Also if there was a bar to have a drink at night.
Quiet, large, ground floor room with a fantastic bathroom. Walk to reception and breakfast at The Feathers not far. However, it is pricey as you would expect from Holt. Service little more than OK.

Spent two nights in the Lawns Hotel for our anniversary. The room was large, and reasonably well furnished and clean. The on suite bathroom was large with a bath and bath tap shower but no screen or curtain to contain the spray if you preferred a shower. The room was on the top floor which was acces
Great location and rooms are spacious and nice. Breakfast served at 8am which is inconvenient for most business people but they are helpful if you ask for cereal and milk the night before. They have an iron board and iron and shoe polish etc so quite useful service
Stayed for two nights. Our room (8) was nice. Knew beforehand there was no standing shower but it would still be good to fit a screen at least as washing was tricky! Staff were all friendly. Breakfast was good, nice portions to set you up for the day. Would recommend to anybody looking for a base to

We also over the same weekend came for Sunday lunch - excellent food and service. The best three course meal we have had in a very long time. Highly recommend you visit The Lawns if you are in Holt.
Delicious food and very friendly service. We sat in the conservatory which was nice and bright, along with our 2 dogs who were made to feel very welcome. Quick service with a smile. Overall a very nice experience, would recommend.
Great place to stay in North Norfolk. We stayed in room 8 a large comfortable room with large bathroom. Breakfast excellent with a wide variety on the menu. Fab food. We turned up early and let us change seating to sit outside. We were offered the full menu. The kids meals were a good size - they loved their burgers. They even brought out a happy birthday dish and sang happy birthday to our children😄 they loved it
Brilliant food. Have eaten here twice now and the food has been absolutely delicious both times. The vegetarian burger is one of the best I’ve ever had. Would definitely recommend.
