Good relaxed atmosphere. The food, typical Holywood prices - a little high compared to other towns but the £2.50 for 'skinny chips' was just perfect for wanting a 'snack. In short a place to be recommended.
Lovely, place, there was live music on in the background. The menu was varied enough that we all picked something different. Each of us enjoyed our meals, and the bread with the soup was the best I have ever tasted. Will definitely be back.

The toilets are decent and clean.

A good sized pub with plenty of seating, some outside. Good variety of drinks and the food isn't bad with two for one meal offers during the week, including steak. TV screens show live football and this bar is handy to the train station in Holywood.
We had a super meal and were well looked after. Didn't all go according to plan but staff were great and despite some things on the menu, both food and drink not being available we thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely go back.. great atmosphere and food was delicious. Very child friendly too.
Great pub, good vibe and friendly staff makes this place great to go to if you're in the area. Good prices and several gluten-free options available including GF burgers and chips.
Took the wife here last weekend and we both left impressed! Staff were great, food was a little pricey but there was plenty on the plate. I would recommend and we will be back!
Was hired out for school formal the other night. Great drinks at goodprices & banter/vibe is good. Also if your at all worried due to covid, they are excellent at enforcing the current rules.
From the outside this is a pretty non descript pub with not much character. However the interior is well designed, lots of character and has a really good vibe. I can see how it was awarded local pub of 2018.
I had chicken stack an unfortunately I didn't snap a pic. I was starving an got tore into it. Its lightly breaded chicken on a bed of champ with tabco onions an peppered sauce. 10 out of 10 for service an food.
