Best pizza In Hornchurch would defo recommend especially their giant pizza 18 inch great deal

I’ve been ordering since September from this branch and the branch near Islington at my girlfriend’s house. Exceptional pizza, the best pizza we ever ate. Everytime we chill watching a show and we crave a pizza, we order it from here and it shocks us everytime by how good it is. The staff always listens to our notes when we want something removed from the pizza. Simply amazing. I don’t understand how it has so many bad reviews, makes me realise how we as humans are never grateful for the blessing we have in our lives. Yet I am and will always be grateful for Tops Pizza

The pizza was delicious and fresh. Tops Pizza has many toppings to offer and at the best prices. The delivery was fast and the food was hot. The staff were friendly in taking my order and applied my discount. I have ordered multiple times since. I would definitely recommend eating from here!!

*** update November 2021 *** It appears that the Hornchurch branch of Tops Pizza have changed after a closure. As such, we like their pizza so ordered again. We have ordered again since as the new management and team are able to make the pizzas ordered. The same deals and customisation options are available, so still the best tasting delivery pizza around with the best deals and fast delivery service. *** update May 2021 *** When it goes wrong, it really goes wrong!So, we re-ordered a previous order and added our third free pizza after again making over £300 of previous pizza orders. The delivery was made and we noticed that 2 of the 4 pizzas included ham and sweet corn. I remove both toppings from pizzas since I dislike sweetcorn and cannot eat ham. I contacted the Hornchurch branch to inform that that they had delivered 2 pizzas we cannot eat due to having ham on them. After being passed through 4 people on the phone in 7 minutes, they hung up. I called back, and was told and I quote “you make too many toppings changes” (?!) and after being passed through 3 people told ‘the best they could do’ was to make me a half and half pizza Without The Changes to replace the 2 pizzas they had put ham topping on?! We did not notify them of their not making the requested toppings changes we had requested on the other 2 pizzas, ie, replace fresh tomatoes with roquito, but we can at least those 2 pizzas. The Hornchurch branch did deliver their replacement half and half pizza, but that went in the bin. Not confident of its quality control after the interaction… Would you? All in all, when Tops pizza Hornchurch follow the requested toppings changes as they had on previous 40, yes 40 pizzas, then all is well. When they do not follow the requested toppings changes, it goes terribly wrong. Then, they have minimal to no customer service skills, resort to passing you through multiple staff, hanging up on you, telling you, the customer that you make too many topping changes, and making up pizza toppings that they do not offer as to why the delivered pizzas include ham! Welcome me back Any Other pizza delivery company; of which there are many! The delivery time has greatly improved with, I believe additional delivery drivers; lots of new faces delivering the pizzas. Still the best pizza delivery service for taste, prices and now delivery. *** We placed our first order with this branch of Tops Pizza to see how they compare to the usual chain pizza operators available locally. As such, we chose their triple pizza offer; each being ‘supersize’, and then half and half to try more options. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the pizza dough does taste freshly made, and the tomato base tastes fresh and flavourful. The 6 pizza’s we chose were Mexican Hot & American Hot, Pepperoni & Spicy Tops, and finally Chicken Tandoori & Peri peri Chicken. All were very tasty, fresh and delivered hot. Tops Pizza you have a new long-standing customer in us. Our order was made at 18:19 and predicted to be delivered at 19:00 on 30/10/20. We waited till 19:20 to call to find where our pizzas were, and told the order number was not registered and we would be called back after speaking with Head Office. Yes, you guessed it; the pizza delivery ladies then rang the doorbell when we put the phone down! I then called the store to let them know we had taken delivery of the pizzas and was told our order was not registered as being ‘out for delivery’, but ‘delivered’?! Summary Flavour: 10/10 Deals: 10/10 Price: 10/10 Website: 9/10 Delivery time: 8/10 One recommendation is to allow double options of toppings without being charged when changing chorizo sausage to additional peri peri chicken on the Peri peri chicken pizza for example...

Love the pizzas but bit pricey For what you get Did ask for a deep dish but got the thin one
