The Galley - Horning - Photo album

Been past a few times and final made a point of popping in ... and I wasn't disappointed. The amusingly name Hornish Pasty was delicious. Massive chunks of the tender beef packed the lightest of pastry accompanied with fresh veg with a beautiful dressing and a to die for tangy sweet chutney.
Nice combination of classic local cuisine and some nicely curated alternatives. Feels like a modern take on a traditional cafe. Very friendly staff and a little shop as well.
Good selection of well priced and wholesome food. Well informed and polite Staff keeping to local government restriction policies. Nice "homemade" produce, some with a lovely festive touch!
Perfect cafe and deli! First trip today with family. Food was lovely and fairly priced, cream tea portions very generous including a huge pot of tea. Staff very helpful Deli is very well stocked and locally supplied A perfect little gem, we will be back again (soon hopefully!)
The Galley at Horning was clean and comfortable. We had a very chilled out break and would definitely stay here again. Lovely views from window too.
Sat in a cosy corner next to a window, had a lovely coffee with a cake, there are plenty of choice in the shop to choose from, jams, biscuits, drinks and freshly cooked pastry, we also visited just recently and enjoyed lunch, highly recommend, parking is difficult.

This is a regular haunt of ours and quite often for Saturday brunch. We love the menu, today we had a Hornish pasty and a quiche with salad and coleslaw plus a cafetiere for 2 it came to £19.50. It was delicious. They also do take aways for those who want to picnic outside on the green or back to th

Lovely little tea room. Amazing food (particularly the savoury cream tea!) and service. Definitely will return! X
I visited cafe first time with a friend at the beginning of last week, we found friendly staff, lovely food and lovely surroundings. I had the seafood platter and my friend had cheese platter, delicious ! So good in fact that I returned two days later with my sister inlaw. A new favourite !
Went for breakfast. Excellent choices - full/small cooked, variety of eggs, nutty porridge and more. Not cheapest, but good value for what tou get. Friendly helpful staff, and great shop/deli attached with lots of great local goods. Would recommend wholeheartedly.
Lovely little shop serving delicious food... We only had take out but the Hornish pasties are to die for. I still haven't eaten the unfeasibly large scotch egg with black pudding yet😂. Loads of quirky gifts on offer as well as jams, chocolates and cakes etc. Definitely recommend a visit. The lady wi
Beautiful afternoon tea. Lovely mix of fillings in the sandwiches on a mixture of white and wholemeal bread. Great variety of cakes - lemon and blueberry tarts, fruit meringues, mini chocolate brownies and Millionaire's shortbread. There were more but I don't know what they were called. It was extre
We popped in for some takeaway coffee whilst on a boat day-tour. The coffee was great - best we could find in the area - and their selection of freshly baked and made food was delicious! Ranging from sizeable savoury snacks to smaller sweet treats, the quality of the food was well in evidence. The d
