A true Yorkshire chippy. Set in a back to back sandstone house, this chippy reminds me of my youth back in the 1970s. The friendly staff will greet you with a smile and chat with you as they prepare your order. The boss does his best to keep the prices low but the quality never varies 😎

Delicious fish and chips, and Benshaws Cream Soda on sale too! The ultimate combo (in my opinion)
Lots of options available on the menu, including a lightly battered option if that's your thing.

Very nice fish and chips it's a shame with the cost of living crisis at it is fish and chips are no longer a cheap meal. Still a nice treat.

Slightly hidden gem. Really great chippy, off the main streets but go find this one for sure. Plus easy parking! Great food, amazing curry sauce. And it’s a really warm welcoming shop too!

Freshly cooked. The batter in my opinion is perfect.

Best chippy in Horsforth, been here years and still the same quality Fish n Chips they have always served. Perfect portion size and everything about is was delicious. 👍

Went here a while ago because none of the closer chippies were open at the time - it's now my regular place. It's a bit more expensive, but you get what you pay for. Staff are friendly, food is top notch.
Oh they also take card payments which is nice!

Traditional fish and chip shop. Very popular, owing to the range and quality of food prepared on the premises. Very good gluten free batter made to order, made without the problem of cross contamination.

Read the positive reviews here so popped in for fish and chips on the way from Leeds-Bradford Airport. Satisfied with both the quality of food and the friendliness of the owner and her staff. Would visit again when in the area.

This fish and chip shop is by far the best one in the area. They use sunflower oil which I much prefer. It gives a much cleaner taste than the usual oil's used in traditional fish and chip shops.
Portion sizes are good and the value is also great.
A must try fish and chips!
