Only called in for a toilet break but stayed and had a coffee . Staff very pleasant and chatty which makes a change. Enough room to accommodate a wheelchair and was made to feel comfortable by the staff, I'd go there again any day.

I use the Drive-thru regularly at Shipley near Lidl. Why? Because the staff are fantastic. Happy, excellent service with a smile. Coffee tastes good too. Never bitter. Well done x

There are many reviews on here that are completely incorrect!! This is a new cafe location which is substantially better than its previous location in Town Street, Horsforth. The cafe is spacious with many more tables than the previous location and its clean and tidy too. !! Even a small additional room at the back too .
One or two teething problems on day one and day two, but that surely has to be expected for a new domain.
On the down side the prices have gone through the roof !

Horsforth Costa is amazing and friendly. We were down from Scotland visiting. All I can say is Costa product is good, but the staff can make it great. Thanks to the staff for making my experience great!👌🏾

Pretty standard branch in the high street in Horsforth.it is very small with just a few tables inside and a few tables out on the pavement.
Service was good, drinks were good. Bit squashed and a bit expensive compared to the other coffee shops in the area.

Love the coffee and hot chocolate. Sandwiches are quite expensive. And music can be loud in some places. But as a treat outs very nice
