Stayed here for 1 night (last night) for work. Had the best sleep, the bed was so comfy and the room was quiet and pitch black. Tea coffee hot chocolate biscuits shower gel in the room, lovely shower. Had an evening meal and I’m just now having breakfast, food is great and service too. Really lovely
This pub grub, bed and breakfast location is great. Due to my travels for business, the only place I could get a room was here and I'm very glad I found this place as I'll be recommending it to other colleagues instead of our usual premier inn booking.

Ideal for a short break and to explore Norwich. We meet up with friends and had a wonderful time. Friendly, professional staff. Lovely food. The best profiteroles I have ever had. Cosy, clean room and the homemade cookies were delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay🎄❤
Excellent location for meeting friends from the internet. No problems finding the place of parking. Honestly, no excuse not to come and have a lovely time. Great WiFi too to help me post pictures and film of my visit.
We had lunch here today which was very good. The place is spotless and the staff were welcoming and very professional. I'd definitely recommend eating here.
Visited for a wake, so perhaps not the best circumstances. However, good food and service, pleasant and helpful staff. Only downside is limited parking. Will definitely be going again to check out the full menu.
We stopped off at the Black Swan for dinner with friends, and had a lovely evening. The food was great, and the portions were very generous. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and overall the atmosphere was great. Would definitely recommend!
One of the best hotels I've stayed in for work. Rooms were excellent food was to die for. Staff friendly and service was fantastic. Will be back again with family.

I was very impressed, I rang to let them know my visit for work would be brief and I would be arriving late and leaving early. Went to another funeral wake here,and as usual the buffet was excellent. Friendly staff and clean room .Only drawback was not able to park in car park so had to park on road.Will have to get there earlier next time.
I think that pretty much every cremation wake is held here.
Its a convenient venue but more than that , good food! The fare we had was a buffet of sandwiches, sausage rolls etc but all well filled and tasty
Was visiting for a wake here, food was great and the staff attentive. Would like to visit again when it's not such a sad occasion.
