The reviews on here are pretty fair. If you're thinking of working here, I wouldn't recommend it. If you think the customers have it bad from the "lady with all the tattoos" then get ready. Most people hired are gone in less than 3 weeks. Watched a long time manager basically get bullied into quitting while I worked there. I'm pretty sure they fired me but I don't even know for sure because my fellow managers just stopped answering their phones after training me for 2 months. Honestly the food is pretty good though so if they have enough staff to prepare it for you and you don't mind being treated like garbage, you should be fine.

Loyal customer for over a decade. True fan of the food. This place was great once upon a time. But, after a series of bitter experiences recently, I have bid adieu. Will not be going back. With high certainty, I can say there is something seriously wrong going on here. High turnover, extremely rude and poor customer service, employees here simply don’t want to work, quality and quantity of food at its worst.

Food is fine but workers are “friendly”. I have never felt such disrespect. Lady who was serving us had no patience as we are 1st time customers and was looking with no respect at all. We asked to add salsa that was in the middle but she was just standing and repeating a name if it. She didn’t move until we said the name of salsa. TERRRIIIBLLEEEEEE SERVICE!

Food was good. Nice portions and everything was fresh. I really liked the Cholula chicken. The staff was great and the service was quick and friendly. Only 2 people working and we were eating in less than 10 minutes after walking in on a Saturday night with them serving 5 other customers first and fielding online orders. They both deserve a raise. They are clearly suffering with staffing and unless you were looking for a problem you couldn't find one. Hats off to the two women working the night of Saturday March 5th 2022. Your efforts were noticed. Thanks for feeding us.

My burrito wasn’t as good as Moe’s or Chipotle but not bad. Not sure why they didn’t have trays, so it was a little messy. I ate over a napkin. I can’t imagine ever coming back here again with so many better options. I just didn’t feel like a valued customer and wasn’t impressed by the food. It was clean at least.

Avoid!!!! Waited 15 minutes after food was made to check out, workers standing around laughing and not communicating why no one was being cashed out . Finally overheard "did you tell everyone in line it'll be at least 30 minutes to check out because the system was down?" I understand system issues happen but communicate with your customers! Won't be back.
