Mcdonald's

This place can never be consistent. They either are really great or really bad! Their mobile orders never seem to work correctly so you end up having to pay full price instead of getting the deal. At times you can sit in line for up to 15 minutes just to get a simple soda. I only go to this location when I am desperate.

My drive thru expierences at this mcdonalds are horrible. Yes, most mcdonalds drive thru's are not pleasent expierence, but this is the worst of them. There was only one car in the drivethru when I pulled up. In this car it contained 2 people. It took this mcdonalds over 20 minutes for the person to finally recieve their food. They did not order a big order either. Of the times I went to the drivethru here they can never get my order right even if nobody in the car orders anything "special". Don't even get me started on that. If you ask for a cheeseburger without certain things on it they get all messed up and it turns into a diaster! A manager has to come over and then when you get you're food it is messed up. This mcdonalds always forgets something such as straws, sauces, an item, etc. They also mess up the ammount of change you get back too. Not to mention after you eat here you will feel sick after. It is not worth the horrible expierence!

From my many times coming here, there has always been an issue. My orders were always messed up. Missing or incorrect items. It didn't matter if I showed up in person or got door dash. Always had to wait 15 mins for an online order that was just sitting there when I walked up to the window to complain and get it

This is usually a decent Mickey D's, but I was frustrated at my last visit here. I specifically placed a mobile order and chose to pick up in store. The doors were locked and the staff was confused when I gave my order number through the drive thru. It was an inconvenience for something that was suppose to he convenient. Not to mention my large coke with light ice was warm and flat. Cold old fries along with horrible customer service. I was never given a reason why the doors were locked and I couldn't enter the restaurant.
