Exchange Hotel

Started stopping for lunches at Exchange Hotel in Horsham to break up trips to and from Adelaide to Melbourne. What a lucky decision. Food is excellent, options are plentiful, atmosphere relaxed and wait staff very accommodating. They don't treat you like you only matter if you're a local but appreciate folks on road trips. Prices are reasonable too. Good choice.

Typical pub with bar service no table service so all meals and drinks you need to order at the bar. I think Horsham hospitality is still stuck in the Good day sir Nothing has changed unfortunately I think they have a new shef and I think doesn't know how to cook a steak or pork 🤔 very disappointed 😞 Has a customer you must appreciate feed back and you ask your staff to report any problems, about your chef 👨‍🍳 if he has been there for over 12 months and still making little mistakes he needs a refreshing up date Ps not only I have spent over 45 years in hospitality also I have been a chef for 35 years and write recipes on the local newspapers 20 years ago . Last night, your bar staff were excellent 👌,I'm glad that things are improving; it's a great place and I think I want to be disappointed next time 👍👍👍

The Exchange Hotel has great indoor and outdoor dining options and a wine bar. The decor is very nice and homely. It is in a great location in the city. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The food is delicious. I thoroughly recommend the Chicken Parmalat and the Chicken Schnitzel. It is so nice that the building has still retained a lot of it's original facade on the outside. Loved it.
