This is apparently exceptable service for horsham. I have not had a decent burger from this place in 5yrs. I will not be going back. From the talk around town this is everyone's opinion. Not good enough. I would have given no stars if I could..

First time getting sassed at by a server at maccas, the plain black t-shirt server was very snappy with me and she said that I “wasn’t giving her a lot of information”. I understand things are stressful when it’s busy but you can’t speak to customers like that. I work in hospitality and never would have snapped at a customer

Disgusting place. So busy not enough staff. Went to the toilet and by mistake went into the baby’s changing room. Beyond disgusting. Ladies toilets were possible. Chai I got was the worst I have ever had at a McDonalds. So was the coffee for my partner. And it took ages to get. The worst experience ever. And they should shut off where they work. It looked so unclean.🤮

Order online but end up it cannot be processed online, tried again on different phone still didn’t work, waste 20% discount offer on mobile app. Staff refuse to offer help for online order. Bad experience, we waste time to order twice through mobile app. end up have to order on screen. Order gone through and when we pick up from counter they told me they run out of my coffee. Ahhhh!

If there's more than 2 cars in the drive through expect a 20 minute wait. Then your order will be wrong, and they will expect you to line up for another 20 minutes to fix their mistake. 40 minutes to get bellow average burgers isn't worth it. Maybe they should hire more adults or pay more to get some quality staff.

Racist employee ignoring me for 10 minutes at the counter. As soon as I gave up and stepped away from the counter to use the kiosk, the lady immediately served the white man. He didn’t even have to get her attention. Disgusting, glad I moved away from the town.
