Popped in on a wet Sunday afternoon on our way to Selside The Byres holiday accommodation as the cafe is dog friendly 🙂 Good scone, good date & walnut cake, our dogs enjoyed their biscuit too 👍 We’ll be calling again before we leave the area. Lovely toiletries in the loo 👃

Fantastic place! Very friendly and helpful staff. Homemade scone with jam and cream was tremendous!! Beautiful location. Ideal after doing tour of Pen-y-Ghent mtb route. Highly recommended. Also handsoap smells AMAZING 😂

An amazing place!! The breakfast was cooked fresh to order. It came piping hot and my wife enjoyed hers too. The chef even made his own bread for the toast!! The staff were friendly and the price was very reasonable. The views from the garden were amazing. Just need an excuse to go back!!

I'm quite regular at the tea room at the Middle Stud Farm. Simply the best tea shop I have been to. Delicious food and welcoming staff who go the extra mile to be helpful. Unquestionably, the best tea room in the area! I’m so thankful that finally, I was able to find this spot for some good food after hiking in Yorkshire Dales. The atmosphere inside this tea room isvery vibrant and relaxing.

One of the best tea rooms/cafes I've been to 🤩 Beautiful views, a warm welcome and a great choice of dishes and coffee. Perfect place to rest & replenish after our hike 👌🏼

We walked here along the river from Horton on a rainy day( takes just less than an hour). A handy new footbridge leads you to the road from the river. As you approach the cafe through the gate, you can immediately see how much thought and care has gone into creating it: a beautiful garden with a well laid path; colourful plants on the tables and in containers. Inside the building is equally beautiful. Cosy sheepskins and cushions create a lovely, homely ambience and there were cute Easter decorations carefully arranged around the room. The food was delicious: a melt in the mouth homemade quiche and salad followed by a fabulous scone with clotted cream and jam. Excellent, friendly service too. Highly recommended.

Very good breakfast, not too expensive, friendly staff, with lots of local knowledge about walks and things to do nearby.
