Just enjoyed a delicious mixed grill, chilli paneer and chilli Mogo at African Queen. Service was amazing and food was out of this world. Whole family enjoyed and will definitely be our new local, served by Connor who made sure our evening was great

Went here to watch the football and grab a mixed grill. The lamb chops are definitely better than those you get at Prince of Wales/The Scotsman. Service was excellent. Only disappointment was the mogo, which was a bit dry. Appears to be family friendly too (went on a Sunday afternoon).
What a lovely place. Staff were really friendly and as a family of 4, we really enjoyed it. Food was delicious and would definitely visit there again. If you love really tasty Indian food, especially the lamb chops, you have to visit this place.
I travel 1 hour for the mix grill here best in the business better than Prince of wales by a mile. Food has so much flavour can never go wrong with AQ keep it up guys !!!

Went first time on weekend the service was excellent the food was tasty but little bit on the hot side starters and mains, really no need for the food to be that hot if the spices are right.

This was my second visit to this restaurant and both times I have thoroughly enjoyed it. I love curry but the food here is exceptional. It has a very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Totally recommend African Queen
Went here for the first time Friday after being recommended by friends and food was amazing! We ordered loads of the menu so could try a range and the waitress even told us it was too much for two people, so not just all about the money. The two servers we had were both lovely and even with a bottle
