Lovely quiet lounge. You are able to relax and get ready for the journey ahead. IT suite available for your use and obviously free WiFi. The food and drinks options are amazing. Check in staff are nice and welcoming. I definitely recommend this lounge when travelling through terminal 2.
Visited the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge on a business trip. The lounge was pleasant but I found the food whilst very good to be limited in choice. From a service point of view the staff were friendly and helpful, but occasionally were a bit slow in clearing away empty tables before others could sit down. Overall would recommend the lounge should you be lucky enough to have access on your travels.
The lounge is a little tired and dated. Could do with some modernisation. I was there for breakfast and there was a good selection. The host of the waffle station was particularly friendly and helpful. Some cookies and snacks came out later.
