This is the first time I make visit with my children to this coffee shop today …. We ordered iced coffee and hot chocolate… they were so delicious
We was very delighted with their service
The team was so friendly and welcoming.. they were as I was expecting them to be ..we got a good memory and we spent a great time there

I had the best experience here! The barrista was amazing! He made me the best Frap ever and when he saw that I was having trouble eating the cream with the straws he personally came and brought me a teaspoon. He was incredibly smiley and cheered my day! Would definitely recommend this Nero!

If you've been to one of these, then you've been to them all but I did find a nice little tucked away area here for a quiet coffee and food for the family.
All was good, the coffee was strong and everyone is happy. I also like the accessible usb plug sockets.

The blonde girl who is a barista I believe,it’s always so kind and polite very difficult to find this in other cafes in Hounslow.

A lady working on Saturday and Sunday call as Nillu I am not sure about her name I randomly heard it. she is the best person always have a beautiful smile on her face and very welcoming … she is the best barista with the very good knowledge of customer service and very helpful.

I love Cafe Nero Coffe and the service was excellent.
Today is 11 of April and visit again Cafe Nero, and I was service for Niko and Xavier their Customer Service was Brilliant 👏, the Shop as always was tidy an clean 👏.

At the beginning of the this week I went to this store for a coffee after a long day of shopping and saw. Very happy with the service and quality of coffee served. The gentleman and women girl working were really nice and respectful to all customers, however an ignorant costumer who was confused of his order wanted to create problems and wanted to argue with the lady.
The lady was very polite and respectful and offered him free coffee despite him being a d..k...d.

Just loved what we had from Cafe Nero. Got a good corner chair to sit and relax to enjoy our drink. The coffee shop is well arranged and is always filled with customers. Have spent about one hour by sipping our coffee and enjoying the street view.
