Great food for a reasonable price (by London & airport standards), the selection of both food and drinks were good and I would eat here again. It was a great start to our holiday and located very close to the Aerotel at Terminal 3, Heathrow. We ordered on the app and the service was quick and the restaurant clean and today despite it being busy.

Surprised with the flavours, portions and service of the place. I read many mixed reviews on this place and expected absolutely nothing from an airport restaurant but I'm glad I was proven wrong. Enjoyed a nice meal whilst having time to kill. I hope I don't miss my flight and have so much time to kill again but if I do I know I'll be back.

The three taco options were a little confusing since you could not mix and match the flavors. Since The Wife and I were sharing some grub we went with three small plates of fried chicken, quesadillas and Cajun wings. The flatbread was a little on the dry side. The jalapeños had a nice kick. The wings were fine. She secured her fried chicken fix. The place was lively with a mixture of languages. Fun fact: “Ready for pudding?” Is the waiter asking if you want dessert. The bathrooms are in the airport hallway and not in the actual restaurant.

Customer service here is excellent. I left my handbag at the restaurant, I rang them and they had it and said they would put into lost property for me (at my request). Lost property weren't able to locate the bag when I called them, so I spoke to the manager at the restaurant and he'd had the foresight to request a receipt from Lost Property which he sent to me. Only because of this receipt were Lost Property able to locate the item for me. Thanks so much!

Probably the only pub restaurant in Terminal 3, Heathrow. Had sausage and mash. Delicious. Its a bit hidden but worth it once you find it.

The Big Smoke Meat Sharer and Calamari as a side were so delicious. We were waiting for the flight and had a lot of time on hand and found this beautiful pub and restaurant, friendly and helpful staff.

Definitely the better departures zone place to eat. Lovely staff and quick service, brilliant food choices including V, VG & GF. Great atmosphere tucked away from hurley burley of the airport. A bit pricey, but that's normal for airports. I'd go back when next at T3.

Being the food desert that is T3, we decided to try this place over Costa or Pret. After reading some of the reviews, we kind of knew what to expect.
I have to say, the service from our waiter was warm and welcoming. It is clear that they were understaffed, even though the restaurant was about 50% full there were tables of dirty dishes.
We were given menus after we sat down and orders were taken promptly after. Even our tap water came fairly quickly too which was really appreciated.
On the menu we were warned that it could take around 15 mins for food to come out, but our food didn’t take too long to land on our table. The quality of the food however, was a bit disappointing. The Cajun chicken wings were dry, tasteless and full of hair! And the tacos were okay, not much flavour to it while Chicken burger was probably the best dish out of our group. I know this is a restaurant at the airport but is it that difficult to have nice food?
If you were looking for a nice quick edible bite to eat, I’d probably go to Pret next door…

Oswin Delisha served us, a table of 6. He was very attentive and spotted and sat us right as we came in. When he came to take our drinks he repeated it to us to make sure everything was correct and the drinks came out quickly too. He did the same with the food and there were no mistakes. We were also able to easily add things while we were eating like and extra croissant and eggs. The atmosphere is very nice and calm. Food came out quickly as was delicious. We’ll definitely be back the next time we come to London. I recommend the pancakes and fried eggs.

This is a hidden gem on the terminal 3. Delicious food. Friendly staff.

Just got back from a cruise in Europe and stopped by this place at the airport. One of the best places for food and service. The fried chicken was especially good and our waiter Oswin was excellent at his job. Definitely recommend.

The atmosphere was really calming. I enjoyed the food. A fantastic service from the staff (Oswin). I recommend the place to anyone travelling out of Heathrow Terminal 3.

Only went here because British Useless Airways cancelled my flight, and we were trying to work out what the heck to do.
Decent pint of pale ale, drank very quickly before we got a train to Stansted.

About as exciting as a bar/pub can be at an airport. Food and drink are at premium prices due to its location! Not bad quality though.

Very attentive staff and speedy service. The Mediterranean pizza was a bit bland so we asked for Chili sauce (hot sauce) and it was fine.
