Bubba's feels like such a good wholesome burger joint. Pricing was good for the amount, service was great, burger was tasty, but not as juicy as I was expecting, tbh. The fries were FANTASTIC and Very delishh potato salad, overall Good.
The primarily outdoor seating is the only thing that needs improvement. The evening I went was a perfect 70 something degrees out, but as a Houstonian, I know how rare that is.

How fun is this little gem!?! We had great burgers, bison hot dog and onion rings! Service was friendly and what a neat little small business who couldn't be made to move!

Qwirky, fun, under-the-elevated-highway (literally) type place to enjoy a great hamburger. The frito pie burger with jalapeños definitely hit the right notes. Blink, and you might miss it when driving by. The friendly server takes care of you, too. Good call on providing a fork for the frito burger. The eating area is covered and has fans but recommend enjoying when the weather allows it.

Bison burger had good favor. A little dry with hint of gamey but overall a good burger. I’ll try beef next time.

Stopped here after seeing that they have a Bison chesseburger. They also had regular cheeseburgers with beef for around $2 less. Picked up the Vegas burger (Bison, guac, egg and bacon) and it was extremely flavorful and good. There French fries were 10/10 as well. Only negative I could give is just the sandwich alone was $14.50 but they had many options from $6.25-12. It was worth it to try and will come back!

It's a combination of street type and a fastfood restaurant. An old shack with very high quality food. Not many private tables to sit on. Burgers are very good and very high quality. The staff are very charming and nice. It's a little bit noisy if you happen to be there during rush hour. If you have young kids, you'd need to pay close attention and keep an eye on them (especially if they're the age that can run away from you very quickly) since it's next to the street and there is no door or gate.
