Bj's Restaurant & Brewhouse

Awesome! I took my mom and teen and tween daughters to an impromptu late night dinner after a busy day of meetings. Fun the moment we arrived to our departure, everything was amazing! The greeter (a young, black African American with gorgeous natural hair) was so friendly! I'm sad I don't remember her name. And the service from our waitress, Elena, was awesome beyond words! Elena was kind, knowledgeable, thoughtful. She was on top of it the entire time. Then the food... My picky kids raved about the food. The steak was better than some steakhouses! I was shocked because this was my first time trying it. Everything we are was delicious! We will be back more often.

Recently went on a date here and it was a nice experience. The food was great and our server Jamal was very kind and had a great personality. He made us feel welcomed and made sure we were taken care of. Usually have bad luck with servers at restaurants but he was first that I actually didn’t mind tipping. I will for sure be back.

We came in for dessert because my husband had a free pizookie. We came in and was seated with Jamal. When we told him we were only here for a pizookie, he was more than kind. Usually, other servers will give us attitudes when we only come for one item. Jamal was energetic and so nice to us, even though we weren’t ordering anything else. That’s what I call great service. Thank you, Jamal!

The steak was tastee. My appetizers came right out, but the food took extra long. It's like 35-40 minutes long. This is before it got busy. The parking is cool. They take up 20 spaces for valet ($10). Considering how many people showed up after us, you wouldn't have a choice. The menu has plenty of options, and everything tasted good. The pizza was on point. It's not cheap, and I see why. Ask for lite sauce. It's really good.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at BJ's Restaurant (Willowbrook) and I must say that the service I received from Jamal, our server, was truly outstanding. From the moment we were seated, he made us feel welcome and attended to our needs with a warm and friendly demeanor. In addition to his exceptional service, his professionalism and courtesy stood out. He made us feel valued as guests, and it was evident in the pride he took in his role as a server. Overall, Jamal made our dining experience truly amazing. His exceptional service added to the enjoyment of our meal, and I would highly recommend dining there, not just for the fantastic food but also for the outstanding service provided by their remarkable server.
