The food was good. I had the Mediterranean Affair. Nicely grilled chicken and angel hair pasta. Our waiter was young and obviously new. The appetizers came out at different times, drinks from the bar had to be asked for twice. Granted, it's 2 pm on Saturday afternoon, so its not busy. I liked the food and atmosphere so I'll be back.

Decided to go for brunch visiting the area. Zammitti's was amazing. The food was delicious and service just as good. Lenell was a great server being friendly and helpful. So wish we lived closer to be able to come here more often. We have our go to Italian restaurant at home but I must say the tomato soup here was better than at home. The flounder was amazing and my husband says so was the Mahimahi. Great job.

Great local spot for the area. Consistent menu that hosts some classic Italian favourites. Great staff, welcoming owner. The patio is perfect, weather permitting. The restaurant regularly hosts some regular social events and wine dinners that are worth the time and price of entry.

Food was excellent. Service was also really great. Very romantic atmosphere if you're wanting to go out on a date. We ate out on the patio with a view of the water. Will definitely go back again.

We love Zammitti's! We've been going to Zammittis for years and we're never disappointed. Delicious food and great wine list. We love sitting on the patio with the kids. We also love ordering pizza. So much better than your typical pizza place. Returning customers for many years to come!

We've been coming here for 10 years. The food is delicious and never disappoints. The service is consistently good every time. It's a small restaurant, so it had a very cozy feel with the kitchen right there. It sits right next to Lake Houston, so the water view is nice to have and a great way to end the evening with a walk to the pier. Don't forget to head across the street to The Berry Bar. They are legend.
Update: The garlic knots have lost quality. Maybe because they are complimentary and they don't think ppl would complain? I'd rather pay for the old garlic knots.

Zamiti's Kingwood fried mozzarella cheese and vegetable quesadillas are a delicious twist on a classic dish. The crispy exterior and gooey cheese filling make for a great start to a satisfying meal. I was lucky enough to come back on a day they were serving steamed clams. They're served in a white wine sauce with a couple pieces of bread. I didn't quite get the bread, it was more like a stiff pizza crust, and wasn't very useful in sopping up the sauce. Nonetheless, it was a delicious dinner.

Stopped by Zammitti's for a quick bite, and I was completely wowed!
Service was prompt but not overbearing. Our server never made us feel rushed and kept our drinks flowing.
Food was amazing! From a simple roasted garlic dip to a grilled skewer mixed grill to a classic like chicken parmesan we were consistently in awe of the flavors and freshness of it all!
We didn't have room to try desserts so maybe next time on that, but for the price point this spot earned a place on my regular rotation!

Man!!!!!! The food was so good I forgot to take pictures we jump straight to eating, this restaurant is one of the best places I've been in this area so we decided to come the next day for brunch.

Hubby and I had our date night here tonight. Great little place with delicious food and fabulous staff. Matthew was our server and was beyond fantastic! Not to mention, they have the BEST hummus I have ever had anywhere!!! I may be addicted. Also...LOVE the view from the outside dining.
