Los Cucos Mexican Restaurant

Spacious and clean restaurant with a huge parking lot. Our server, David, provided us with a great experience. Service was prompt, friendly, and attentive ☺️ We really couldn't ask for more! We ordered the Delicioso Grill Special which was AMAZING! 10/10 for presentation, portion size, and taste. Food was on the pricier side but definitely worth it for the quality. We cannot wait to come back!

Los Cucos has been a staple in my family since we moved to Texas when I was a child. I still remember when they had the smoking section.. It still even has a playground outside just like when I was a kid. What restaurant still does that? That's awesome. (could use a remodel out there, though, if I'm being honest.) Not only has this restaurant been sort of a landmark for the area, their food has always been satisfactory. The portions, flavor, presentation, and speed are always great. The service varies a lot. Usually good, sometimes great. It appears that they have a large staff, so I can't recall having the same server twice. It's sad to see that this place has been empty each time I've visited lately.. and it would really hurt to see this place shut down after being around for so long. Los Cucos deserves a crowd, for sure.

This place is always crowded which is a sign of good food. I needed to investigate. I did not leave disappointed. As you can see there were a lot of cars. This facility is huge. Most tables seat 6 or more. Serving starts with a big bowl of tortilla chips and salsa. The menus had many selections at affordable prices. The portions were huge. I ate all of it and left there very full. I actually ate too much. The plates were pleasing to look at and service was very prompt. Good choice and I now know why it is crowded here. A band was setting up as I was leaving. It’s going to get lively.
