Fuddruckers

This place has the same awesomeness and nostalgia it had when I was a kid... I'm happy its still open. The staff were extremely friendly as usual. The music they were playing was awesome as well. The food was really good. We got the bison burger, and it was cooked to perfection. All of their veggies were fresh and crisp. The area around the condiments were clean. We asked the staff if they could change the channel to the allstars game and it was done immediately. You can tell that they do care about the customers. The only reason why I gave this location 4 stars is because around the sodas, it has a really bad smell where you can tell the carpets haven't been cleaned in quite a while. I would suspect the laundry service doesn't do their carpet mats, but it wouldn't hurt to pay the extra 5 bucks a week to have it done. I will go back in about a week and if the carpets have been cleaned or changed out, I will update and upgrade the rating. Other than that, great job to the staff on customer service. Y'all definitely keep rockin out!!!

I wanted to comment on our visit yesterday. I came in with a party of 22 people. We were in and out the door in 50 minutes. I have never had that quick of service in any non fast-food, cooked to order restaurant. Ever. I have a hard time doing that with a party of five. This was hands down the most efficient restaurant I have ever been to. And as far as I know (it was a big party, I'm not certain), they didn't make a single mistake on any of our orders, which is just amazing. The food was well cooked, and the employees were super friendly!

Absolutely fantastic burger for lunch today. Sorry for no pic of the food but it was just too good and I finished it all. Unlike a previous review I think their system is great as you can customise the burger to your exact taste from their condiments and very fresh salad bar. No pre-cooked food either - was very promptly cooked to order.

Their burgers and fries are Awesome! Personally I'm not a fan of the system they use...you walk in, order, pay, find a table, fix your own drink, sit back down, go back to get your food, get your condiments and trummings, go sit back down and eat. Out side of their system, this place is Great! I'd give it 5 stars if they served.

I have not been to Fuddruckers in years, but I'm glad I went back. The burgers were good and huge. The fix it yourself bar was clean and plentiful. The vegetables were fresh. We had a big group and everything was done in a timely fashion and correctly. The bathrooms are decent, but the toilet roll is outdated. Please fix the toilet roll. it took forget to get enough tissue for wiping. The dining area was spacious, inviting, and clean. There is also a game area for the kids. I will be going more often.

Seemed to be a very popular lunch spot. There was a school bus full of children that showed up before we got there, so it was very busy. Even with the rush, the staff managed to do a great job getting orders out quick and accurate. Also the tables were cleared and cleaned very fast, so seating wasn't an issued.
