I always like Luby's. We had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to come take our order at the take out counter, but it was the holliday ordering time. They were very busy and when our turn came, they took their time and helped us choose the most cost effective way to meet our needs.

OMG. I love Lubys food. If I could give this place 10 stars it'd be here. The liver and onions, with brown gravy and mashed potatoes is beyond anything you can imagine...delicious. The skillet cabbage is another one of my favorites. Okra fried, gotta get some of that too when you're there.

Luby's Has much improve since my last visit there a year or so ago. The Thanksgiving special was outstanding and the staff was very friendly. My family and I will be frequent visitors now. Congratulations on your new improvements.

The food was hot and tasty, but ever since Lubys went to having table servers the service has actually gone down hill. When you pay $2.69 for a glass of tea you expect refills, but they are rare unless you track the server down and specifically ask for them.

Food was good with several choices to choose from. The staff working there was nice and friendly and was there right away to assist you whenever you needed anything. I found it a very pleasant place to eat. I also noticed that there were a lot of return customers that were greeted in a
very welcome manner. The new customers coming in were also greeted in the same type of welcoming manner. I feel that whenever you go into a place that makes you want to return again then you have

My order is always perfect when I visit the drive thru. I've never eaten inside but my food is always great from this Luby's. I get their liver and onions combo and the portions are so large, I get 2 meals from it. The drive thru can be a little wait of about 10 minutes, from ordering to food-in-hand but it's all homemade and fresh so it's worth the wait! I gave 4 stars due to the wait time.

At 6 p.m., the baked almadine was almost hot, and the fried squash/ zucchini was hardly warm.
Both looked beautiful, wished I'd taken a photo, but then I would have mistakenly thought that was why they off temperature.

I love this place. The staff is great and friendly. Neither me or my son ever had an empty glass on the table. I will say that the chicken fried steak was lacking, all batter and very little steak, the sides were great though.
