Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

To say the customer service was excellent is an understatement. The gentleman took his time saw that it was our first time here and guided us with our ordered. Told us abt there deals. The young man making the food offered to make us new fries if they weren’t hot enough!!! I spilled my drink and was cleaning it up, they saw that and told me to please stop and enjoy my food. They were amazing. I hope they all get raises bc you do not see that level of service anymore.

My husband, daughter, and I have been going to this freddys for years. We come in here at least once a week it's our favorite place ! Yesterday, we were greeted by T at the front desk, and she was so sweet. She noticed we were having a rough day, especially my daughter, and brought ice cream over to the table to help cheer us all up. It was honestly the sweetest, most thoughtful gesture anyone has ever done for us here at this location that we have been going to for years. We noticed they have quite a few new employees, one of which is T, but we sure do hope she sticks around and stays because everything about this woman was truly genuine. She hung around and talked with us for a few minutes, and the interaction was wonderful. You made our entire day better . Thank you so much for being the caring, sweet person that you are T, we hope to see you around for the years to come 💚

Stopped in the other day and grabbed a large order of burgers. Got to the parking lot and started passing them out and realized we were one short. I walked in and let the young man behind the counter know that we were missing a burger. The team remedied the situation quickly and very politely. This was 5/22/23 evening time during dinner rush. The burgers were perfectly cooked. I wish they another one closer to willowbrook. Thanks guys for giving outstanding service with a smile.

We came to Freddy’s for a family dinner out. The food was great. Came out very fast and hot. Some drinks were not available and condiments need to be stocked better. We signed up for the rewards program as well and unfortunately systems were down and were unable to use the code for points in the app. App and condiments not being available was the only reason I gave it a 4 star review

I like their burgers! I would rather have a thin meat patty instead of super thick. Freddy's is perfect for my tastes and I get the single patty. Those that prefer a lot of meat should get the double. They put a lot of good stuff on the burger like lettuce, tomatoes, onions and pickles. Really good taste. Their fries are thin and crispy with a soft inside. The "Fry sauce" is addicting on the fries! It's so good I end up eating all the massive amount of fries you get with the combo. I haven't tried their custard shake yet because I feel stuffed after eating the combo. If you haven't tried Freddy's then you probably should. I recommend it.
