5pm Sat. Greeted & seated immediately without a reservation. Eric, our server greeted us with a smile, answered our questions about specific selections. I had the beef taco salad, my friend had the corn tamale with street corn. We had a serving of fresh guacamole. Everything was tasty, fresh and brought out quickly. Eric was attentive and checked on us regularly. We were staying at a nearby hotel for work and would definitely come back again!

all the comments about how good the chips & salsa are ring true. (this is coming from someone who will usually eat a few, but i ate so many chips in the beginning that i could barely finish my main!) our server jazz was phenomenal — extremely helpful, cool, and able to make all our food modifications possible. she stayed on top of keeping my friend’s sweet tea fresh & brought new ones out when it got watered down! we got the carne asada bowl & chicken fajita plate, both made perfectly. the bowl was a bit too salty for my preference but not overpowering they have certain specials on certain days so be sure to check beforehand! (monday was $5 margs all day)

Food is delicious. The warm queso is great. The guacamole is great as well. The amount is small though. Both are enough for about 2-4 people if you eat a small amount each. The chips and salsa are tasty as well. I got the cheese enchiladas. The ancho chili sauce is the red enchilada sauce. Tasty, but wayy too much cheese on top. The rice and beans are lovely. Cheese enchiladas comes with sour cream, guac and pico de gallo. The salads look like a good option. The tacos look boring to me. The drinks were good. Mojitos. Drinks are reasonably priced. Food is alil pricey. Fajitas start at $22 but def worth the taste. Atmosphere is nice and cozy. You can see the kitchen area where the food is made. Clean bathroom. Service was slow but nice server. Came on a Friday during lunch time. There is no lunch menu.

Located in the first floor of the Galleria, Blanco is a solid place for yummy drinks and good Mexican food. The complimentary chips and salsa was delicious but we were surprised at how plain the guac was. Since we ate dinner at a time where the mall was closed there was very little wait staff in the store and service was a bit slow. We still had a great time and would come back!
