Jersey Mike's Subs

Wheww !! Y’all that chipotle Philly cheesesteak is sooo good. It’s a must try. From the chipotle mayo to the warm meat and cheese!!! A hit every time. The store is not always as clean as it should be but overall a decent store. The subs are pretty pricey, so I don’t see myself visiting as often as I would like.

Alittle discouraged at 1st. Me and My mom is here for the M D Anderson cancer center and all she wanted was a good Jersey Mike sub and when the sandwiches arrived wrong she was so upset and After I called to complain the manager delivered the sandwiches personally and it made her whole night!! We thank you so much Sir your service is greatly appreciated 💞🥰

This restaurant deserves a five-star review 🙌🏾 Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite places ever and I frequently go here no matter what state I'm in. Today I was blown away by my customer service person Ivan who remembered that I like sweet peppers on my sandwich and this is only my 2nd visit!!! As I told him how shocked I was he flashes me the best smile ever this place is great and the people that work here make it a great atmosphere!

Ordered via post mates to take to my wife in the nearby hospital. Not only were these folks spot on with the order, they were 20 minutes ahead of every single post mates notification. Fast. Super fast. And I was greeted the moment I walked into the door as if I were a regular. Thankful for the service during such a crazy time for my family. Keep up the good work.

Its a good sub place. The veggie sub was SO delicious and filling. The veggies and cheese were so fresh. I would not recommend to take the sub as a bowl, the quantity is way too less. We also had the meatless mushroom sub, although it tasted good, when I opened the wrapper the bread was falling apart ( as seen in the picture). I also think the subs are a bit too pricey for the quantities.

I placed an online order this past Friday. I wanted to give a positive review to Jay who was finishing my sub when I walked in. He was very friendly, had a positive attitude, and he made my sub on the grill the way I requested in my online instructions. This location has the best customer service. I told him that I wish the receipt had a survey, and he suggested that I submit a google review. The subs have become expensive, but I can justify paying for it since this location has great employees, and my sub is usually made the way I want and tastes great.

It was my first time eating at this restaurant and after my 3 day fasting, hubby wanted to treat me to something new and possibly healthier. So, he brought me here! I ordered the #26 Chicken Bacon Ranch Sub and he got the #13 Original Sub, 2 bags of chips and get this.... Watermelon Tea!!!!!! I have never had Watermelon Tea... ever and I love it!!! Oh and I love the sandwich. Restrooms were clean and well-stocked with the necessities and roomy. The employees were nice and attentive, the man was very soft spoken but we he got the order right and done under 4 mins of us being in the restaurant. I will definitely be doing that again soon!

My wife, son and I came here for lunch after being at MD Anderson. I rarely write reviews, but I was thoroughly impressed with the employees at this location. It was like watching a well-oiled machine operate. It was peak efficiency, with kindness and attentiveness added to it. The multi-tasking and remembering of orders was cool to witness. They had a long line when we walked in, and they came together and knocked out the line very quickly. They made sure all of the customers were taken care of and had what they needed. This will definitely become our new sandwich spot when we are in the area.
