Eurasia Fusion Sushi

Our family decided to stop by this restaurant after work and met the owner, George. He has a very welcoming and genuine aura that takes the restaurant from great to spectacular. You can really tell how much he cares for his customers. Our sashimi was fresh and the rolls were flavorful and filling. Definitely recommending this place to our family, friends, and customers :)

Loved the food here! We were here for lunch on a weekend. The ambience is decent. The service was very good. Our server was very nice and made adjustments according to our requests. Was really happy with the service! Coming to good, we ordered their veg fried rice and sushi rolls. The fried rice was my favorite. Sushi rolls were great!! The fish was very fresh and we got it cooked. The serving portion is great! Excellent value for money... Definitely going back!

We went to EurAsia while visiting family in Houston and found it to be excellent! This is coming from a couple who has lived many years in Southern CA and has visited Japan. The fish was great, including the fatty tuna/otoro and the rolls were creative and tasty. Service was perfect and it's a nice place. What's not to love?

Overall great place to grab a bite. Huge menus with a lot to choose from. Everything was good but nothing really stood out. The miso soup was good and the bento box is a great deal. The Yalu Soba was a large serving with good flavor but not a ton of that flavor. The 1330 role was probably the least favorite. The prices are good which helps the rating (I was on the fence of 3 stars). We were only at lunch so there are still many other things we will need to try to give it a better review. We will give it another try for sure as it seems many people really like it.

So about a week or ago, I posted about a negative experience at EurAsia. Immediately after my review and messaging the manager, we immediately responded. He investigated the situation and apologized for what happened. I truly appreciated how transparent he was in dealing with the issue and how my family and I were compensated. As I said before the food there has always been great. So we returned but for dine in. There was no wait time. The staff was polite. Our waiter Santiago was fast and efficient. He was very personable. Knowing that management cares about how customers are treated. Means a lot and so we will be happy to continue dining there. The Fame roll and Let’s do this vip roll are AMAZING!!
