Delicious food, super friendly service (they were really funny actually haha they were making jokes and stuff while making the food, it was a great environment), I'd def try the milkshake if that's to your taste, it was awesome! I recommend all the toppings!!! Except pickles, unless you're a pickles person. They're also pretty fast in making food so you don't have to wait long! Also they have a good selection of toppings, which is pretty cool 👌

Delicious food every time. The people who work here really seem to care about making good sandwiches. I'm a tough customer to cook for and can be very demanding but they always take the time to make a perfectly crispy delicious sandwich made just to my order. They don't ever slack off like Chipotle does and give you half the food for the same price. I order the big Italian sandwich, which I love. I haven't had a bad sandwich there yet. I've come in right before they close too. Maybe a little bit lippy about it but they still make me good food. They still take care of my hunger even late at night. I'd recommend getting the spicy peppers if you like spicy food. It really is a signature adder and it brings a lot of zest and character to the sandwich. Prices are a little high but Potbelly is safely ahead of Jimmy John's at this point, and not even the same people as Subway or Quiznos. This is a deluxe sandwich shop.

Trying Potbelly for the first time. Got Mama's Meatball sandwich (big size) and a cup of Brocolli Cheddar Soup. It was a little different than other sandwich shops in that you do not see them dressing the sandwich, but you still can customize it. Sandwich was good and soup was tasty and hot. Dining area seemed nice-looking but the booth where I wanted to sit was dirty so that was disappointing. Overall, good experience.

First time! I got the Mediterranean and well first off let me say I’ve never had a sandwich with hummus and I think I’ve been missing something in my sandwich journey and who would have known it was hummus! Texture is nice and crispy but not to crispy, packed with rich flavors and omg the cucumber was a genius idea! I need to come back cause that A wreck needs to be tried!

We love coming here. The toasted sandwiches are very tasty. I particularly like the pizza sandwich but the clubby and turkey melt are good too. Don’t miss the oatmeal chocolate chip cookie - about as good as they get. Staff is very friendly. They have had live music the last couple of times we have come at lunch. It’s been the same guy and he is good - sings just with guitar (no amplification) so you can enjoy the music and still carry on a conversation.
