This is my first time trying out the place. The staff was amazing! And the food was absolutely delicious. I had the chicken club on most green bread and my husband had the pizza sandwich with hot peppers and onions. As you can tell we were eating while we did distribute. If you come to uptown this is a must stop for you. We even got to sit outside because it was beautiful weather ☀️😎

Kick @ss staff and the food is great. The best sandwich shops in the area. Love the tuna salad and the Wreck. I would also suggest for anyone that goes there try the Mac, Chili or Broccoli Cheddar. Don't forget the Dream Bar!

Placed an online order this morning. When I got there the manager (or someone acting as the manager) immediately notified me their truck was running behind and they did not have the ingredients to fulfill my order until a little later. They then explained what my options were, got me set up, and I was on my way. Of course, the ideal situation would be to have fulfilled the original order, BUT this manager and crew showed they can roll with the punches and create/keep returning customers. I appreciate their quick attention and quick resolution.

The Bacon smelt so good when I walked, I ordered the BLT.
Sandwiches are large enough to share.
Staff was friendly.

My son bragged about the beef and blue sammy, so we shared a large one. He nailed another one, the beef was plentiful and tasty and half of their large was more than enough to fill both of us up. I noticed a shelf with books, a sandwich shop with a book lending library is worth patronizing, especially when they have a great sammy.

Very clean place with a family oriented environment. Service is good and they prepared my food fairly fast considering it was a salad in a sandwiche place. Was not crowed when i visited around 3pm ish...I will be coming back during my stay in this area.

My favorite sandwich place! I grew up in Chicago and used to go to the original. This location is busy, but the line moves fast and everyone is nice. The bathroom was clean and appeared regularly serviced. Soda fountain was out of Coke and Fanta Orange on this visit, so I had Dr. Pepper. I will be back.

Very good sandwich. If you are ever around the Uptown Houston area, I recommend this Potbelly Sandwich Shop. The staff are quick and polite and the environment is very clean. Also they have peanuts for those that love peanuts while waiting for your orders.

We frequently order lunches for meetings from Potbelly. Their online ordering is super easy and fast. The sandwiches they provide are tasty and their presentation always makes my job easier. The few times we've received delayed delivery, their are kind and accomodating.
We order from them a few times each month and rarely have issues. They are at a great price point for us and delicious.

Second time eating here and the food is always top notch. We waited a bit for them to make sure the soups were hot, it wasn't an inconvenience, but they gave us an extra cup of soup anyway. The staff is very friendly. I'm not from this area but while we are here, this will definitely be our favorite sandwich shop!! I like the Cubby but my husband likes to order from their secret menu.
