Pho Saigon Vietnamese Noodle House

I use to love their food and staff but lately it seems they always get my order wrong. I ordered this dish with tofu and veggies and I see my plate and think how it should be in a bowl because the sauce is running off the plate. Looked very messy, but I ignored it and took a bite. It tasted okay but then my second bite I got a mouth full of crab. I don’t eat animal products. I specifically told the waitress that. I was very sad. I spit it out in front of her. She seemed irritated with me when I said I didn’t want the plate. She takes the plate and I tell her I ordered tofu and veggies. She showed me the ticket so it was obvious the kitchen got it wrong. So I waited for a new plate and it never came.(20 minutes later) I am frustrated at this point so I go to pay for my other items and they still try to charge me for the plate I never received. It was really weird and unprofessional. I don’t think I will be returning to that location. It’s not difficult to be kind to customers. It’s not difficult to fix a mess up, and definitely not difficult to apologize which she did not.

I like the food. And this review is solely on the attitude.. I wanted extra fish sauce that comes with the noodle I ordered. The waitress gave me a hot sauce and I let her know that’s not the one I wanted but she said that’s all she had. ?!?! So what’s that sauce in my noodle order? I don’t mind purchasing it but no no that’s all they had. That’s upsetting because last time the other waiter gave me another one with no question asked. And the noodle tastes way better with the fish sauce.. :/ oh and the spring rolls have become smaller 😱

Terrible service!! Lady didn’t say nothing but what do you want... thanked her and more and nothing. Food was ok but very little noodles for what you pay for. And boy when I went to pay the lady threw my receipt at me so I only tipped $2 because the person cooking at least deserved something and threw it right back at her and told her she was super rude. I know two wrongs don’t make a right but hell. SMH. Wish I could give 0 stars

Major chain typical food selection. Nothing fancy or meaningful about the experience. Only reason for the 4 star is the awesome manager/owner who completed my order and transaction. He made it worth it and ill go back rather than risk it again with inconsistent food from smaller locations. My girl friend loved it if that helps...as I taught her about phö
