It’s clean, comfortable, and a fantastic experience we keep coming back to over and over again. Eduardo is an amazing chef and ensures the highest quality, best tasting food leaves you satisfied!
It’s located in the Vintage across and down from WholeFoods and down from Dunkin.
It’s a solid experience to check out once or keep coming back like the fam and I do.

This is a fun "build your own" style restaurant with great, quality ingredients and some unique flavors. The hot chicken was great on my salad, and a friend ordered the calamari which was phenomenal. I can't wait to go back!

This was our first visit to Piada although we live nearby. We enjoyed our food. The menu is limited, Which is fine since it keeps it all simple. The prices are reasonable as well. In addition the serving sizes are great as well. I had the basil pesto with grilled chicken and it was really good, my husband got a BLT wrap and he thought it was great. Our son got a kiddie pasta and he too enjoyed it. We both agreed we would return. I took a star away because the womens bathroom really needed a good cleaning. The staff was friendly as well.

Pretty good, can’t complain. Just make sure if it’s your first time to let them know so they can walk you through it. it can be a bit much for your first time.

I always thought Italian pasta can never be as HOT as I prefer. Well - I am wrong, try Diavlo pasta and you will love it! They have a nice contemporary decor. My 3 year old loved their kids pasta as well!

The sign of a great eatery is the consistency in.the quality and taste of the food they provide. So far I have had items from here 3 times and each time was welcome with great taste. The fried calamari is great and the oil they use to fry this is of good quality. The Crispy chicken BLT wrap is great too and I would highly recommend it.

Food was great and had a nice staff to recommend items on the menu for new comers. I was really impressed on a favorite from the chef, which was the basil pesto tossed pasta, with grilled chicken! I also added a few extra toppings such as diced tomatoes, red pickled onions, and cilantro. The flavors went so nicely together and the chicken was grilled perfectly! The restaurant was clean and I really liked how the drink station is set up. I took away a star for the rude girl who rung us out. We couldn't hear what she was asking and she then continued to shout at us. We were the ONLY ones in the restaurant, so if there was a reason we couldn't hear, it was probably because you need to speak LOUDER! However, that does not necessarily mean you should shout so rudely at your only customer. Bad night much?

WE ATE THE FOOD SO FAST, I DIDN'T TAKE A PICTURE FOR THE REVIEW I KNEW--I JUST KNEW--I WAS GOING TO WRITE! This was our first time trying Piada. I drive past Piada everyday going to and from work. I've always wanted to stop in and try the food but I don't eat out a lot. The building is sleek and modern and yet, warm and inviting. And then you walk in--it all hits you in a good way--the smells, the ambiance, and the greeting from the employees. The large-print menu mounted on the wall above the counter is easy to read, clean lines, contemporary, and just very pleasing to the eye. They also provide a paper menu. I was on my way home and so I was ordering to-go. Since it was my first time, the girl behind the counter was patient and helpful. I ended up getting the Trio Piada and the BLT Piada. I also got two side salads, one with creamy Parmesan dressing the the other with Basil Pesto dressing. All of it was delicious! Five stars! We will definitely be returning customers and we've already started recommending to friends and family.

This is a modern style fast-food type restaurant. The piadas are kind of like an Italian burrito, and the pastas are really good. The decor is clean and pretty minimalist, looks very trendy.
The food is good, the sauces are very flavorful and ingredients fresh. We had the summer piada and the pesto pasta both with chicken. The regular portion for pasta is quite large, making the smaller portion very well priced. I would highly recommend for a quick meal. You can also get to-go and order ahead to make the process even faster.
I wouldn't call it a must go, but it's certainly better than almost all other fast foods. Good place to have in mind for lunch breaks and the like, similar to Chipotle or Salata for me.
