Collina's Italian Cafe

The kiddos wanted spaghetti so we decided to stop here, the place is nice, a bit outdated but has plenty of seating and the server was very nice. They loved their spaghetti and I decided to get a personal pizza which was freaking delicious!!! I had one of the kids Cesar salad and the salad was soggy and had no flavor whatsoever but I didn't complain because the pizza was delicious. It is BYOB so next time I'm coming back with a bottle and order my pizza! Lol

Love this place. Never been here but I work nearby in the medical field and had to stop by. My husband told me about this place so I had to try it. I ordered the Fettuccine Tetrazzini and it was so good. Loved it! I also bought an Italian Panini sandwich for a coworker and they had to know where I got it from. They too were very pleased with the quality of food they received. Now they owe me lunch. Big smiles. The staff here were very polite and respectful. I love going in to a restaurant and finding great customer service. I definitely found it here. I’ll be coming back as Collina’s has earned my business. Thank you guys and keep up the good work.

Great little American-Italian place. Not too expensive and plenty of seating for the whole family! We shared calamari, the house salad, and lasagna. Left full and satisfied! I have been going to this place for years. Having worked in hospitality all my life I can tell all sauces are made daily. The owner says Alfredo sauces are per batch, they even hand stuff their own tortellini. You can tell!

Came here to dinner with my good friend Mia, we had a spending evening! Our pizza served pipping hot, tasted very authentic. We had a lovely plate of pasta, the sauce was excellent. The staff were kind, warm and efficient, and the locale was very clean and well maintained. 10/10 would pizza/pasta again.

I have been going to Collina’s since the late 90’s. The original location behind Memorial City Hospital was a nice place to go on a Friday night! The pizza is fantastic - top notch crust and great ingredients. The casual dining room is comfortable and a great setting for friends, business meetings and group events! Stop in today!

I went to lunch with my coworkers who have been going to this place every week for YEARS! It must be good for someone to eat there literally every week. I was expecting it to be fair, but I was blown away! It is a cute little space with the classic Italian red & white checkered tablecloths. They start you out with delicious warm bread. The tables all have oil and grated cheese which makes a tasty dip for the bread. They don't have sweet tea, but they do have pink lemonade. So far, we were off to a great start with those items. I started with the wedge salad. I prefer ranch on my wedge since I am not a fan of blue cheese. This wedge was perfectly dressed in terrific ranch, bacon and tomato. For my main course, I ordered the Fettuccini Tetrazzini (no onions). This dish was big enough for 3 people to share. It was the best Fettuccini Tetrazzini I have ever had! Tender pieces of chicken and savory mushrooms are blended with a creamy white sauce then presented over a bowl of fettuccini. It was super fresh and steaming hot when it arrived at the table. I can see this being a craving when the weather gets colder. My coworkers had the pizza and even though I thoroughly enjoyed mine, I had a little food envy. I will definitely be back to try the pizza! The service was fantastic, the energy was calm, the atmosphere was charming with slightly dim lights, the restaurant was spacious, there were lots of customers, yet it was quiet enough to hold a conversation with our group. I am very impressed with Collina's.
