So sad to see them close, Alex is such an Amazing chef and person!!! I used to work there, and the food omg! The first time I tried the pizza I knew he had something going... I never seen so much dedication like he put into it.. guys I work at the hospital memorial Hermann now right across of it, now I know most of yall loved it!!!! Hope he can reopen... Pssssst to the new owners, that (tacos enchiladas name) in the new place might not work at all go with something more Mexican no offense... You learn from mistakes...I know why I'm telling yall this... Haganlo en español todo, regional mexicano! of course hire bilingual people.

So heartbroken to see them close permanently!💔 My daughter & I stopped by 3 weeks ago for a lunch date & saw a small sign on door, "Unfortunately, we had to close permanently. Thank you all for your supporting us!" Everything was always fresh & cooked to order! Hand down ....their food was extremely excellent! I have NEVER EVER had pomodoro soup like theirs! 😋🤤 *NOTE TO OWNERS: If y'all ever decide to open again or launch an entirely new restaurant..... Not being from the area we relied on Google maps to find something close by with good reviews. We drove up to La Forchetta and were a little wary. The sign had busted out letters and there were no cars in the parking lot. We were limited on time so went in. It had an odor as if someone had washed the floor with a stinky, old, mop but again, we were limited on time so we sat down. The server was great. Friendly, accommodating, and patient with our large group. The little self serves salad bar was also great. All ten of us ordered something different and there was not a single complaint. The food was also great. We would return if we're ever in the area. Edited to add: The little oil/herb dip for the bread was yum.
