Freebirds World Burrito

Went over and asked if Freebirds were participating in the Veterans Day celebration complimentary meal, which I was graciously advised they did, and I was able to order an entre of my choice. I ordered a shredded beef burrito which was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Friendly service, which I greatly appreciate being acknowledged for my time serving this glorious country.

From the start crew was Attentive and provided friendly faces. Cashier informed me about my in store rewards for a free treat….to me is that is quite considerate due to me not even knowing I had any rewards through my number. Overall the crew has great customer service communication skills. (The whole crew deserve a raise)

Omg where do I start. I was VERY skeptical of coming here. But we came here anyway. The customer service was freaking top trie. The size of my burrito 🌯 was massive. The queso was super yummy everything was FRESH. So worth what we paid. I could not finish it all. Please keep this staff and energy. Will come back to this location

Have you heard of Chipotle? Of Mission Burrito? This is way better - More choices, fresh ingredients, cool human burrito builders. It's consistently good for 100s of miles between stores. Plus a loyalty program. If you're hungry. Eat here - especially with kids on Sunday. The vegan chorizo is worth the premium!

First off! Hats off to Hannah and her amazing team! I had many technical issues ordering a business lunch for our hardworking logistics team. After realizing the third issue was enough I was just about to head to the store with the order print out abs Hannah the manager called to check on me after having called her twice to get this order through. She said she had yet to see my order and was checking on me. I explained to her I kept getting error messages if it was alright if I came to the store with the print out of the large order. She told me no problem her and her team can knock it out and they are! I’ll definitely be back at the office in time with everyone’s order! Thank you so very much for your above and beyond customer service, customer care, customer priority mindset. I appreciate you so much!

This place has two settings: either they are rationing like it comes out of their paychecks, or they actually give you your money's worth. You basically roll the dice as to which setting you will experience on a daily basis. Besides that, the food is consistently great and employees are all friendly. Just wish their portions were more consistent because sometimes I feel like I still leave hungry.

It’s been a long time since we had a burrito here! We wished they had more locations outside of Texas because we would be lifelong customers. We introduced our kids to this yummy franchise and are now they are fans now too. The queso is tasty, the tortilla options are great, I always enjoy my pick of toppings for my salad, everyone is happy. Also, we noticed the tinfoil sculptures are probably long gone but the cleaned up version still works and stays true to the style. Stay awesome, Freebirds!

I ordered a monster beef burrito and it was super good, this place never disappointed with the food. I came in lunch time on a weekday, not busy at all but somehow I feel like employees are not friendly and attentive enough. I asked her to add more beans before she wrapped it which I forgot, and I asked her to cut half the burrito so I can share with my friend. And it seems like she was not happy to do it… or maybe she has a bad day?! I will still come back to eat but I hope next time we have more friendly and happy faces.

Why haven’t I tried this place before now?! Great burrito! I love the build your own concept because I am pretty finicky. I had the seasoned chicken Freebird with cilantro rice, cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, red sauce and creamy jalapeño sauce on a flor tortilla. Very very good! Though it’s the smallest burrito on the menu, it is very filling. The place has a cool energy inside. Fountain drinks include Minute Maid limeade! Never seen that before. It was very tasty! Outdoor seating with umbrella shade is available. I will definitely return to try their other meat options.
