Service is amazing! Shay is a great server. All employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Great variety of food for lunch.

Melissa was great, the food was fantastic. Here are some updated menus. The Daily Specials can vary from day to day, and aren't necessarily reflected on the menu. The sides change from day to day. They seem to always have Chicken Fried Steak and a Fried Fish Daily.

This place is reminiscent of Mel's Diner. The staff and owner are genuinely nice people and they know their customers. The food was delicious. The service was incredible. The owner and Shea treated everyone like a guest in their own home. I will be back and I highly recommend you give it a try.

First time here food was hott service was fantastic mash potatoes with gravy had very good flavor green beans were decent definitely tastes like out of a can. .Mac and cheese was different wasn't a fan had a weird taste. Very healthy choice with all vegetables for sides and no fries

I'm from out of town, and this Diner was highly recommended by the locals. Loved it! I sat alone & my server, Shayla, was awesome. The staff works so well together, like family. The food was hot, fresh & delicious. I haven't had grits in years, and these were the best! Highly recommend! I've come the more times since this review & tried the lunch menu. It gets better( if that's even possible) with every visit! The owner & his wife are wonderful, just like the food & service! HIGHLY recommend!

A cute diner with great food options. I came in before they closed and ordered a burger no cheese. the fries were hot the burger was delicious and the service was friendly.

WARNING: It ain’t fine dining, but it is good food! Got meatloaf, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and cabbage and an iced tea for $17.00. Good comfort food, nice atmosphere and friendly people. What else do you want? Try them sometime! Until next time… Enjoy!

What a good stop. Very affordable breakfast and it's good. They also have a steam table for lunch.. and with today's prices this is a good bang for the buck... Service is good and friendly... It's a small town feel in a big city.. give it a try..

I'm regular customer over 20, years , one of my favorites places for breakfast 🥞🍳in this area of the city , I work ten minutes away me and coworkers meet her twice a week. Never had lunch here but I have ordered several times 🍽️ plates togo , liver & onions 🧅 one my favorite here . Steven is Manager a wonderful and professional individual . The Simos breakfast specials is one favorites meals always love 💓😘 it for mean years .

Today, me and my husband went into Simo‘s diner. The waitress was nice to us. The food was really really good. I do feel like I could’ve had more grits for the price that I paid for the omelette and grits and biscuit. My Husband loved his Simo’s special and I got a Greek omelette. It was really good everything was clean in the restaurant. The people were all friendly. I like the location. It reminded me of when I was growing up. We used to always go in that area on North Shepherd a lot, so I really liked my visit today. The owner took time to chitchat with us for a minute.
