It’s very hard to get 5 stars from me 😆 but this place is awesome and so is Desirae! Her customer service was amazing and so was the food! I had large order. She took the time to make sure each order (about 20) was correct and was patient while I labeled each one 🤣😂 so I could save time once I made it back to the staff meeting. The food was delicious! I will definitely be back 😊

Just got our order and am very happy to say everyone is hungry and pleased to report that their food is delicious. We had previously gotten food (lemon chicken) that was under-cooked. Management made good our order and plus we ordered for couple more co-workers today. It's a good feeling to eat great food! Thanks Prontos for taking care of TMC.

We came with 18 teenagers to celebrate our son’s birthday and had a great time. The staff was courteous and organized. The manager helped with lighting and cutting the cake we brought and was attentive to details (the seating, ordering, check) throughout the evening. The whole experience only took about 2 hours and everyone ended the evening well-fed and relaxed! Awesome!

We were invited to Pronto by friends for dinner. I'm happy to say it was very good! I had chicken parmigiana with angel hair pasta (it's not on the menu but you can ask for it) with red sauce. I also had the Best Caesar salad I've ever eaten. Get this, they put bacon, Real Bacon on it! The dressing was rich and very flavorful. The chicken parm was a bit under-seasoned but still quite tasty. All the food was fresh and hot. My wife had lasagna which she also enjoyed very much. And their iced tea, unlike so many other restaurants, was strong enough, not just tea colored water. Overall it was a nice experience and we'll definitely be returning. And another plus, while they have 2 televisions, they didn't have sports on them. One had CNN the other had The Cooking Channel.

The lasagna was delicious! The sauce was sweet and combined well with the cheesiness of the lasagna. My kids chicken tenders seemed to be hand breaded and were so delicious I had to buy more when they were done with first order. My wife had Piccata chicken with fettuccine alfredo and she loved it. She got a second plate to go. I highly recommend this friendly staffed restaurant.
