Starbucks

11/16/23- I place an order almost every morning at this Starbucks for my coffee before I go into work. Today I did the same- except I had no idea it was “Red cup day”… So when I walked in the entire store was PACKED, coffees flooded the pick up counter. I could see everyone was BEYOND BUSY so I patiently waited to hear my name to be called. While waiting there were customers demanding their orders, requesting refunds, telling the staff they placed their order X amount of time ago and needed it… Not one of those amazing employees got annoyed with a guest, none of them lost their contagious smile, they stayed positive and did everything in their power to help everyone (including their peers) and I hope Corporate recognizes the staff who worked morning shift (I went around 9:30 AM) and rewards them.. All of them.. I was stressed out just watching them and listening to the way people were talking to them over a free cup was so sad to hear. What a great team this location has!!

I've been a regular at this Starbucks since before they moved to the HEB parking lot from across the street. The staff has always been friendly, fast, and helpful. This location is almost always busy and so yes there is a small wait at almost all times. Beware that if you go on Thursday morning, the schools have late arrival so it's far more busy than other days, and as a result you will have a longer wait.

I was blown away by this Starbucks from the moment I walked in- the whole staff greeted me, even though the store was very busy and they were hard at work. The cashier was also extremely nice and provided me with a new drink suggestion, which I can't wait to try! My drink and my food were delicious, and I left the store feeling better than when I walked in. It's rare to receive such wonderful customer service these days. Thank you, Starbucks! Can't wait to try my new drink!

Lynn is the nicest person and makes it very pleasant going to this location. I always tip at this location when they are nice. Which is everytime if Lynn is working! Expect wait times around 9am. Any other time the line moves as fast as you'd expect. I go practically everyday and this location gets 5/5stars 99% of the time. If you had a problem its likely a you problem.

Came in and grabbed a drink so I could sit and study for a midterm a few hours. In those hours there were two seperate occations where someone with a disability/special needs came in and the staff was incrediably respectful, helpful, and really went out of their way to try and create a posative experience for them. It warmed my heart to see people care so much for their customers and help make everyone feel welcome. Great service, make sure to tip well!
