Delicious. Crowded, we walked in to a full house and the food is why!!

we were lucky to miss the lunch rush here and didn't have to wait.. we were both so impressed with everything we got, the shrimp and pork soup dumplings were just phenomenal and the braised beef noodle soup was right up there.. they recommended the pork belly and it was amazing too.. super authentic, staff was great.. overall 10 out of 10

Food...so good. Service...very curt. Soup dumplings have a ton of soup (though I wish it had more filling), noodle soups are flavorful and cooked well, but the star on our table was the pan fried baos. It's incredibly difficult to find a place with juicy baos that are still crispy at the bottom but also not too thick - these were perfect. Deal with the service so you can experience authentic delicious Shanghai food.

I dined in on 2 separate occasions and both times I left extremely satisfied. I live about 400 miles away and I’m currently day dreaming about their sweet and sour chicken. Their soup dumplings are also very good. Whenever we go to Houston, One Dragon will be a restaurant we will definitely stop at before leaving town.

We tried this one after my son was looking fot somewhere he could eat with his no fried food diet.
We ended in this small - yet cute and delicious restaurant. We got two types.of dumplings. The ones with the fried bottom sooo very good. The duck was very good, crispy, and a big chunky good serving - not greasy at all. I got green beans because i just cant eat a meal with no veggies and they were soo good. My son who NEVER eats green beans ate them!
Service was on point! Would definetely visit again

Love their stir fry rice cake, sooo good. I had dine in loooong time ago and their Xihu vinegar fish is the BEST. The fish is very tender and fresh. I gave 4 stars is because their service. I can’t remember who took care of our table but seems like she didn’t want to work. I know many old restaurant in Chinatown are like that, no customer services at all but they need to realize that the competition is much stronger than before , clients will not only require good flavor but also good service.

We ordered Shengjianbao and xiaolongbao. Both are Quite authentic interns texture and rich amount of juice. Xiaolongbao skin is very thin. Shengjianbao has a fried crispy bottom which is also good.
My only comment is the lack of pinch of sweet and soya which is quintessential in original Shanghai flavor.
Anyways kudos to the owner who is able to introduce Shanghai food in Houston.
Service-wise is fast and attentive, no complaints

A small restaurant which will be easily missed if you walk fast. The staff was friendly and service was fast. Food was served fast. I ordered the xiao long bao, noodles mixed with onions and in-house sauce (F07), noodles with ground pork and soy sauce (F05), sweet and sour chicken, and sweet red bean pie. The xiao long bao was one of the best I had in Houston. Highly recommend it. The skin was thin and the broth inside was flavorful. Yum! Both noodles dishes was so-so. Nothing to shout out about. The sweet and sour chicken had good sauce. I was surprised to not see any bell peppers on the dish. The sweet red bean pie was delicious. Red bean was filled up in the crispy dough. Definitely a must eat!

Fantastic place to eat! First off the restaurant was tucked away in a strip center full of people what seemed to be authentic asian restaurants, so we had high hopes. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. We ordered the braised pork belly which was amazing. We also got the Xiao long bao (pork soup dumpling) and the pork pan fried buns. Both were very good. Although you could tell everything was handmade and authentic, they were a bit pricey (6 for $9) and we found ourselves wanting more. But overall very good and great experience.
