This store has employees that go above and beyond their job description. Three female employees didn't hesitate to run across the street towards an in progress car burglary, even though 1) it wasn't their problem 2) wasn't happening on their store property and 3) could have put them in danger. I'm pretty sure they were on their break as well.
Seriously good people that deserve to be recognized. Come order food here if you want to be looked out for by Amazonians. Thank you Dani and Angela.

Ordered ahead on the app for curbside pickup. Was sent a separate link to let them know you’re on your way and to check in. My order was brought out quickly. Food was hot and fresh. I recommend the double chicken avocado salad with the creamy cilantro dressing, the chips and the churros.

Good food, chicken was well seasoned. I had the street corn bowl and it was excellent. But an employee blasting a ball game on the speakers of his phone a few tables away kind of ruined the atmosphere. Headphones are cheap, use them.

I had a three piece chicken dinner with charo beans. The food was good but the pico de gayo was kinda nasty. The restaurant was a little dirty and I ordered for dine in but she put in a togo bag.

It was the first time for me and I definitely wasn't disappointed...the food is hot fresh and delicious and I like the fact that the kitchen is open to see everything being made..I will gladly give these guys my business

I can’t express how pleased I am with this location. My mom, daughter, and I love this place and any chance we get we stop and eat here. The staff is amazing. The service is quick and the food is 10/10.

Don’t let the “fast food chain” vibe fool you, food is well seasoned and delicious. Experience is based on dining in and was easily impressed. Yes the place does definitely make you feel like its a fast food joint but the food is the opposite. Get a half chicken meal and you get all the works; tortillas,rice,beans,pico de gallo, even spicy salsa! For what it is, El Pollo Loco is Loco good ! Ok ok, its definitely okay, worth a try if in the area.

my first time trying this place. I was in the area next door to be exact and was hungry wanted to give it a try while waiting for the hubby next door so went in to order in person even tho they had a drive thru. was bit of a wait to actually order hence the 1 star off because other than that food was good, chicken is fresh and grilled on site.
