Osaka Japanese Restaurant

I'm kicking myself for not trying this place sooner! The food was fantastic and service was impeccable. We had the edamame, calamari, shrimp tempura, gyoza, edamame, spicy tuna, California, Philly, and Galveston rolls. I cannot emphasize enough that the fried items were cooked to perfection! Golden, crunchy panko and tempura, tender seafood, and not heavy with oil. The spicy tuna was enjoyablely spicy, a rare find! Really liked the flavor profile of the Galveston roll not something I've seen anywhere else. Philly and Cali rolls were both well made and as expected. We washed it all down with hot sake and Sapporo. Go for lunch, or happy hour, or dinner, just go. Can't wait to come back and try the udon noodle!
