Everyone at this Starbucks goes above and beyond! I see them often for my morning coffee or evening chai tea latte and they are always more than willing to help. Even when they get busy they take the time to improve upon an order or make changes. The energy here is also super friendly and positive. They always greet you with kindness and I especially needed it this season.

Love this location it is so cozy. Small but boutique and has a great layout. Can get a little crowded over the weekend but overall has a great vibe just makes you feel you want to stay there all day.

It was rather nice. The weather was beautiful. My Hot Chocolate was delicious. We sat outside because the weather was so great and I didn't bring a mask. Because this Starbucks faces Westheimer there is some traffic noise outside.

Great experience. I got a sugar free vanilla and brown sugar syrup latte. All of "witch" was super yum (see photos of Sanderson sister pumpkins 🎃).

Stopped by for something to drink. We had iced tea and herbal tea. Both teas tasted good and the service was fast and friendly. Atmosphere was pleasant.

I have been to this Starbucks several times. I go about once every three months because it is on my way to an event that I repeat about once every three months. The service is great. Busy or not busy, they are always friendly and always get my order correct. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. The quality of the food is very good.

Great to walk in and have team members make conversation, and joke around on occasion. Glad to have this Starbucks within waking distance. Awesome people!

This Starbucks is great because they genuinely try to get everyone’s order correct, as quickly as possible, and the staff is always friendly. I work In highland village and they’ve gone above and beyond if my drink is ever incorrect. A lot of Starbucks customers are hypercritical of their drinks and the baristas but I think they’re doing a fantastic job under a lot of pressure.
